It's hard to visualize just exactly how some dental treatments might impact your appearance. They sound good, but what will you look like? That's why we're showcasing below a 'before' and 'after' photo gallery of some of our most common procedures --to help you understand the impact that expert dental care can have on a person's smile.

This patient had slight rotation of the front two teeth as well as uneven wear on the edges. There was also a large tooth colored filling starting to breakdown. Treatment started with at home whitening and then four single all porcelain crowns were placed to complete the smile.

This patient had a very dark tooth that had root canal treatment due to trauma. She tried home bleaching prior to becoming a patient in our office. She decided to not limit the treatment to the dark tooth only because of an important upcoming class reunion. Treatment consisted of touching up the past whitening and a complete smile makeover of the upper eight teeth with all porcelain crowns.

This patient had very large tooth colored fillings in the upper six front teeth. With the compromised periodontal health and mobility of the lower front teeth, it wasn’t in his best interest to invest in extensive cosmetic treatment. Laser tissue recontouring and all porcelain crowns were placed to restore the upper front teeth.

This patient had orthodontic treatment and showed concern about the size of his teeth as well as the white spots on the front two teeth. His treatment consisted of whitening on the lower, upper laser tissue lift, and all porcelain crowns on the upper teeth. The teeth are now symmetrical in size and shape.

This patient had old leaking black mercury fillings that were breaking down. Her treatment consisted of one bonded porcelain inlay and two bonded porcelain crowns to match her existing teeth and help strengthen the tooth, creating virtually undetectable restorations.

This patient's enamel had not developed normally and left him vulnerable to decay. His treatment was all porcelain crowns throughout his mouth.

This patient did not like the space between his front teeth. He whitened the lower teeth and we performed a laser tissue lift on the upper teeth with all porcelain crowns on the upper eight teeth.

This patient was unhappy with an old porcelain crown with metal substructure and the position of his two front teeth. He whitened his upper and lower teeth. "Instant Ortho" was done by placing all porcelain crowns on the two front teeth to improve the alignment.

This patient was concerned about cracks and the amount of wear. Her treatment was whitening the upper and lower teeth, all porcelain crowns placed on the upper four front teeth, and reshaping of the lower teeth.

This patient never had two of his front teeth develop. He had implants placed by a periodontist, we placed crowns. These implant crowns function just like natural teeth.

This patient also never had two of his front teeth develop. Orthodontics moved the back teeth forward into the space of the missing teeth. All porcelain crowns were placed on the upper front teeth and designed to appear as if he had all of his natural upper front teeth.

This patient had large fillings on the back side of his front teeth, cracks on the front side, and a space between them. His treatment was whitening upper and lower teeth, upper all porcelain crowns to strengthen, close space, and lengthen.
