Dr. Estel Landreth
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Pittsburg State University, Dr. Landreth went on to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Missouri Dental School. Following his graduation in 1967, he established his practice in Wichita, Kansas, where he has diligently served area families for over 35 years.

Dr. Landreth is highly committed to understanding and applying the very latest advances in dental technology. He has pursued hands-on, specialized training from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, to keep current with the fast-paced world of cosmetic dentistry. He is trained in oral sedation through DOCS, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and holds membership with the AACD, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Landreth is recognized as a leader in the state of Kansas for his cutting-edge, high-quality dentistry, and he was voted Top Wichita Dentist by his peers.

Throughout the years, Dr. Landreth has recruited and trained a truly amazing team of dental professionals, all of whom are dedicated to excellence in serving, excellence in skill, and excellence in teamwork.

J. Willis (Will) Baker, DDS, FICOI
Dr. Baker recently began practicing alongside Dr. Landreth in an office that has been recognized as a leader in the state of Kansas for cutting-edge, high-quality dentistry. Dr. Baker followed a similar education path as Dr. Landreth in that they both earned Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas universities, and then pursued their Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Missouri School Of Dentistry. Dr. Baker was awarded the American Association of Endodontists student achievement award in endodontics and participated in the Endodontic Honor program at the University of Missouri.

As a contributing member of our local community, Dr. Baker serves the underprivileged population in Wichita by donating his time and dental skills along with his team. As a 2008 nominee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Man of the Year, he provided dental care for patients and raised donations over $48,000. Dr. Baker is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Kansas Dental Association, and Study Groups to enhance his dental techniques. He is also a dental consultant for continuing education courses with Mercer Advisors.

Meet Our Staff

Hygienists:

Roxanne:
- Serving Landreth Team Dentistry over 20 years with a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University.
- Enjoys helping our patients understand how to effectively and easily care for their teeth at home, between dental visits.
- Away from work Roxanne enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two stepchildren, and two grandchildren.
Natalie:
- Has her bachelor's degree from WSU and has spent the last 20+ years caring for the periodontal health of our patients and making all our new patients feel welcome.
- She loves seeing “strangers” become friends in our office.
- Natalie likes to garden and watch baseball with her husband and two children.
Michele:
- Is a graduate of Wichita State University's Dental Hygiene Department, spending the last 9 years sharing with patients how to keep their smile healthy and bright.
- Michele enjoys building strong relationships with her patients calling them friends.
- Outside the office she spends time with her husband and daughter at the Lake or serving dinner at The Lord’s Diner.
Sandy:
- With an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from WSU, Sandy views our team as professionals who put patients first.
- She likes helping our patients achieve great oral health.
- As well as taking care of her husband and three children, Sandy likes to garden, decorate and watch sports.

Assistants: Dr. Landreth & Dr. Bakers' Right Hand Girls!

Donna:
- Donna has been working along side of Dr. Landreth for over 20 years.
- She has a degree in Business Management, from Friends University.
- When Donna isn't assisting Chairside, she likes to garden, work out at the YMCA, and spend time with her husband.
Jenna:
- With her degree from Wichita State University, Jenna has spent the last eight years working chairside with the Doctors.
- She appreciates working on a team with high standards for patient care.
- At home, Jenna likes to cook or bake and spend time with her dog and family.

In-House Lab:

Joanie:
- As an accomplished Ceramist, Joanie has spent over 28 years creating beautiful, dependable, well-fitting, restorations for our patients.
- She uses the finest materials to carefully design and fabricate gorgeous restorations.
- Joanie is married, has three adult children and two grandchildren. She enjoys art and cooking in her spare time.

Administrative Staff:

Laurie:
- With a degree from Kansas State University, Laurie has been the face of our front office for over 17 years.
- She loves helping patients (answering those insurance questions) and working with the team.
- Watching their two children swim competitively and play baseball keep Laurie and her husband busy outside the office.
Donna Kay:
- She makes the office run efficiently and welcomes patients with a smile.
- Donna loves our team's camaraderie and enjoys meeting new patients every day.
- Traveling and spending time with her husband, four adult children and grandchild, going to racing events or car shows keep their family busy when not in the office.
Arlene:
- Arlene has spent 35 years maintaining order in our records. As Dr. Landreth's wife, Arlene spends a lot of time with our team, and she considers us like an extension of her family. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and reading great books.
